Medica Rio are increased stability and extra support boots designed to fit at the level of the ankle bones to provide extra support and stability for the foot and ankle. The boots are designed with a firm, extended heel stiffener and cushioned cuff to stabilize the heel bone.
The Rio boots provide:
- a firm, extended heel stiffener to stabilize the heel bone and foot
- lightweight, hard-wearing sole
- Thomas Heel to provide extra stability and prevent inversion of the foot
- additional protection from application of a rubberized material to the toe area
- a high, firm, wide toe box to protect the toes
- two Velcro strap fastenings
- internal leather lining for natural comfort and breathability
- full grain leather uppers
- removable insole
