Erhem Thumb Abduction Splint 38/3a
The Erhem Thumb Abduction Splint is intended for children who have functional difficulties with the use of the thumb due to incorrect positioning. The orthosis covers the base of the thumb and wrist and gently abducts and stabilizes the thumb joint.
Features
- Made from elastic materials that do not hinder movement.
- Not additional stiffeners. By compressing the thenar eminence and the thumb, the flexible material increases the stability and corrects the adduction positioning of the thumb.
Indications
- Increased muscle tone causing thumb flexion and adduction or joint hypermobility.
