Ordering from Well & Able using your NDIS Plan

At Well & Able, we make ordering with your NDIS funding simple.

Choose the products you need, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, select how your NDIS plan is managed and enter the requested details.

Important: Make sure your details match your NDIS plan exactly to avoid delays.

Before you order

• You’ll need a Well & Able account to complete checkout.
• After submitting your order, we’ll email you a copy of your invoice. Check your junk folder if you don’t receive it.
• Orders are dispatched once payment has been received.

Self-Managed

Select NDIS – Self Managed at checkout.

You can either:

• Pay immediately by card or PayPal, or
• Choose direct deposit and use the bank details on your invoice. This gives you time to claim the funds from the NDIS before paying us.

Plan Managed

Select NDIS – Plan Managed at checkout and provide:

• Plan Manager’s email address
• NDIS participant name
• Date of birth
• NDIS number

We’ll send the invoice directly to your Plan Manager for payment.

NDIA Managed

Select NDIS – NDIA Managed at checkout and provide:

• NDIS participant name
• Date of birth
• NDIS number

We’ll process the payment through the NDIS portal.
