NIMCO Shoe Orthosis Sandal

The Nimco Shoe-Orthosis offers a unique custom footwear option specially created for children. It combines the functionality of an AFO with the fashionable look of a traditional shoe. These products come in sandal and closed boot styles and are carefully made with an extended high stiffener customized to the required height to provide support to the foot, ankle, and lower leg. The level of support is akin to that of an AFO but with a more flexible design. This selection is perfect for individuals who require less rigid AFO assistance or struggle with wearing conventional AFOs.

The Nimco Shoe-Orthosis is crafted utilizing the Nimco MCO (Modular Concept Orthopaedics) system, enabling customization to suit specific needs. This innovative approach involves selecting the ideal last from a range of 6 Standard Children's lasts. The shoe-orthosis is then modified with 14 standard adjustments to ensure a precise fit. Customization options include additional spaces, rockers, flares, and the freedom to choose custom leathers and colours, resulting in a distinct pair of shoe-orthoses tailored for each individual.
