The Medica Boston Reverse Last is uniquely designed ankle boot with an abducted alignment at the forefoot. It comes with a corrective counter to stabilize the heel and realign the forefoot into abduction from the base of the big toe. Made from durable waxed real leather, it offers a wide toe box for toe protection and a reverse Thomas Heel for additional rear foot support. Specifically crafted for toddlers and preschoolers with MTA (metatarsus adductus) or for post-corrective maintenance therapy for clubfoot, under the supervision of a medical or allied health professional.
